Personal Training

  • Certified through the American College of Sports Medicine.
  • Insured .
  • Certified in first aid and cpr..
  • Group training for groups of 3 to 6 people. 
  • Cost: $40 per hour
  • Group rate $30 per person.
  • Payment is due at your first session.
  • NO REFUNDS.
  • Cardiovascular training, weight training, flexibility, balance, back and abdominal training.
  • Missed sessions must be made up before your last session.. 
  • No make ups for no shows or last minute cancellations.
