Fall  Adirondack Fitness challenge, Spring Bike - Kayak - Hike, Summer Canoe Trip - Winter snowshoe and XC ski weekend

Fall Fitness Challenge: Columbus Day Weekend
Day One: Arrive at Sunday Pond B&B by 6 pm. Dinner will be served at 6:30 pm. After dinner we will take a evening hike into the St. Regis Canoe Area.
Day Two: After a hearty breakfast we will kayak through Upper-Middle & Lower Saranac Lakes. We will enjoy lunch on the lakes then return to Sunday Ponds for dinner.
Day Three: After breakfast we will road bike around the three Saranac Lakes. We will stop for a hike up Ampersand Mt. This is a 5 mile round trip hike. Lunch will be served at the top of the mountain.                Cost: $600 Includes meals, lodging, bikes, kayaks and support vehicle.
Deposit is due September 1. ($250)  Balance is due October 1.
