Adventures in Fitness Inc. provides personalized training sessions in the clients home, office or outdoors. I also plan and lead wilderness trips for individuals, families,and groups.I also offer instructions in kayaking, canoeing, snowshoeing and cross country skiing.

The excuse that working out isn't convenient is no longer an issue with in home training. With Adventures in Fitness, Inc., your instructor brings the equipment to your home for your workouts.

This means you can increase your cardio fitness, muscle strength, balance, and flexibility without ever leaving the comfort of your home.

Our equipment includes aerobic steps, jump ropes, boxing equipment, medicine balls, therapy balls, ankle weights, dumbbells, weighted bars, elastic cords, balance boards, and Perfect Push-Up and Total Gym machines.

Individual sessions  or  packages of 12 sessions can be purchased. We have group sessions available too, 
Payment is due at your first session. It is your responsibility to reschedule missed workouts and they must be made up during that same month. Cancellations must be made 12 hours prior to your workout or no make ups will be scheduled.
